Roast Profiling

With our advanced profiling software you can create and refine roast profiles that will put you in league with the best 3rd wave roasters in the business.
Our profiling system employs a 15-point, 4-variable matrix to allow for a high level of craftsmanship and flexibility in developing custom roast profiles.
Once the profiles are set, they can be duplicated with the push of a button.

Our all-electric 110V catalytic cleaner (CC) burns up all smoke, particulate and almost all of the smell associated with roasting.
Use of the CC allows for roaster installation in ground-floor retail and other locations where traditional exhaust ducting is difficult or impossible to install.
The CC also allows for the use of flexible 6” exhaust piping, unlimited 90º turns, and long distances with the use of an in-line fan.
